Hibiscus Spritzers

Ingredients

  • 4 hibiscus tea bags
  • 2 tablespoon plus 2 tsp Mint Simple Syrup
  • 8 ounces prosecco
  • 1 lime, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 10 minutes, then discard the teabags and let cool completely.
  2. Pour the cooled tea and the Mint Simple Syrup into a pitcher. Stir in the prosecco. Divide between two ice-filled glasses and serve garnished with lime slices.
