Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 c pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 teaspoons of peanut or almond butter
  • 1 date, or a dash of maple syrup, or a few drops stevia
  • A few shakes pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine everything in a blender, and blend on high until smooth. Drink up!
