- 1 cup rice krispies
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Dash of tabasco to taste
- Dash of cayenne to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend butter and cheese in a large bowl with a spoon. Mix in all other ingredients until well blended.
- Pinch off marble sized pieces and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Mash the balls flat with a fork or between your palms. Bake for 15-18 minutes, checking them occasionally. They should not looked burnt but golden.
